Does anyone know how to create additional "Software Managers" in subscription centre?
We currently only have one member of staff who can create support requests, and need to create at least one more (my understanding is that you can have up to 4 users who can create support requests in an organisation).
I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with subscription support - this query has been with them for two weeks and they have not given me an answer.
