Scheduleing head,Jamb, Sill details?

I was wondering how to get a sheet full of opening details that are number sequencially 1,2,3.... so that they are tied to the opening schedule. I have created shared project parameter's for the doors for head, jamb and sill numbers.....but how do I get the detail sheet to connect to the scedule and doors so that everything is automatically updated?
i.e If I change the order of the details on my opening detail sheet that is automatically updating my schedule and doors.

I don't really think that's possible. We always have to fill that in manually after we get the details in their final location.

If someone knows of a way to do it, I'd LOVE to hear about it.
