Hello,
I would like to clarify - is it so, that walls and other objects, which show in current level/floor plan (like multilevel profile edited wals etc.) - will not show in underlayed floor plan, even if they show normally in this particular floor plan? Thus I'm unable to 1) see them - coordinate them 2) use linework (like overhead lines etc.) ? Or have I missed something missing?

What do you mean when you say "miltilevel profile edited walls"? You mean "Edit Cut Profiles"? yes, these won't show up, because they are view specific...any view specific items won't show up when you underlay a level...only modeled elements will...
But is this what you meant?

no, I mean when you select wall, you can edit profile of this wall... usually facade walls I'm modelling as one wall across whole bulding spanning multiple floors, so that when I rotate it or move it I don't have to do it on all floors, and also because multiple walls would show joint lines between themselves, often regardles if they are joind with "joined geometry" tool or not.
