wood roof truss familyproblems

I recently created a wood roof truss family using wood dimensional components.. When I place the truss at grid lines that are centered in wall the end web member lines up with grid but top and bottom chords are cut off at face of wall. Also when place truss centered on glulams it does not cut bootom or top chords at face of glulam. Does somebody have a solution to this problem.
