AutoCAD 2009 Help files and New Feature Workshop not working

When i install autocad 2009 complete,i can't use "help" and "new feature workshop".I was check acad172.chm and other files contain help folder from my computer and installation CD.Unfortunately all files from help folder size are "o"kb.Please anyone share "autocad 2009 help folder" for me.Thk....

I had this issue with the last Beta of C3D. I have not received my release version yet so I don't know if your problem is the same.

In options on the Files tab check the path and filename of the Help File. In my case the filename was referring to 2007. I changed it to 2009 and it worked fine

Okay, since you have ignored my offer of a private conversation -
I bet this is a pirated copy that has been cut down to fit on a single cd. It was cut down by omitting all the documentation and help files.

I concur. If the folder is 0 kB. you need to contact the authorized reseller where you purchased it from for an immediate replacement.
