Stair Creation Error

Hey all;

I have a little quirk I'm trying to work through...

I get the following error when trying to create this stair, see photo's.

It's really a simple stair with 45d sweeps, created using offset tool for straight runs, and drawn/tweaked 15d risers at the rads.

I have no overlapping boundry lines, etc., checked and re-checked, so
I'm hoping I'm just missing something obvious.

It may be a quirk in the jpg, but in both radii on the lower boundary there appears to be a break in alignment between the curve and the horizontal section of boundary.

Yea Peter, it's a quirk.

I tightened everything up with the
trim tool on my 2nd attempt at this stair.
