Previously in 2008 you had the option to add a blank line after each revision in the body text by cheking the blank line box in the sorting and grouping tab of the revision schedule properties. I loaded 2009 and now this box is grayed out which is causing my custom titleblocks to display incorrectly. Has anyone else been able to use this option? If this is a bug, does Autodesk know about it?

I am having this issue as well. Is there any word about this? Was is deliberately removed? Is it coming back?

I filed a support request with Autodesk to see if I could get some answers. In the mean time, I have a somewhat workable work-around. In between each revision, create a dummy revision and set the Numbering to None, the Date and Description to blank and Show to none. Then, create a cloud on the sheet using the dummy sequence and it will essentially put blank information in the second line of the revision schedule and the next revision, the real one, will be in the right place.

You don't have to place a dummy revision on the sheet. You can have sheets display revsions by going to the sheet view properties & under the "Revisions on Sheet" you can check off the ones you want listed in your revision schedule.
