keynoting & noteblock

We use a system on wall-sections that keynotes materials to specification sections. eg = 5/8" GWB might be given a keynote of 09260.A and 5/8" Type 'x' GWB would be 09260.B.

Question is that on a given wall section we might point to 09260.A several times. I don't want the note block to list each instance of the keynote, just which keynotes are used. Is there an easy way of modifying the note block so that it would only list the keynote one time if its used?

You can modify the note block to not "itemize" Right click on the schedule, hit properties, then sorting grouping tab and sort by keynote number(or whatever fits) and at the bottom uncheck itemize.
