When i am adjusting some objects by there Temp Dim's - If the Dim is over a Filled Region that is Solid - It is not Readable!
Is there a way to make the Temp Dim Text have a Opaque Background? like the standard Dim Options?

The answer is no. However, the problem is the color your are using as a solid fill. Revit tries to invert the color of the temporary dimension to be able to see dark through lighter colors or lighter through darker colors. In your case, using gray, the closer you are from 128-128-128 the hard is to see the temporary dimensions since Revit will try to make them almost the same color on this invert color process. However, if you click somewhere close to the center of the temporary dimension line, you still can change it values. Switching from temporary to actual dimensions (using the switch) may also be an option.
