There must be a patch!
Here's the deal. We install the software on a box (network image) usinging the admin login. Software works fine.
We provide the local user with complete admin rights to the box and have him/her log on. They then select the software icon.
The software starts to run its installation routine for "username." During that time, as we watch the little progress bar, we notice the bar suddenly reverses direction.
When the software says its ready to go, the "username" get three or four menu load mnu/mns/mnc errors.
Upon checking the system we find that the "username" enu folder only has a portion of the support folder and no other folders installed. Copying the files over is not a good solution.
Can anyone tell me what to do to fix this?
Thanks,
T
