Existing rooms & demolition plans

Is it possible to demolish existing rooms?

I have a demolition plan (new construction phase, phase filter set to show demo & previous) and I want to show the existing rooms in the demolition plan. But rooms appear to be phase specifac and the existing rooms will not show. If I try to add a new room on the demolition plan, the room finds the boubries of my new walls that are not displayed in the view becuase of the phase filter. Any thoughts?

The only way I was able to accomplish something similar to what you're doing was to duplicate my existing view. Leave only the room tags on. Over lay the two views on my plot sheet. Clumsy, but it worked.

They've have been virtually impossible to locate in previous versions so be thankful.
