Windows XP SP3

Anybody out there have any issues with Autocad / Autocad Architecture with the new XP SP3 that is available?

The only thing I've noticed so far is that the Arial Black font now shows up as italic. I've seen other people on the Autodesk Discussion Group mention it too. I don't know why and I don't know how to fix it.

maybe install the Arial font again.. its an :idea:

Reinstalling the fonts worked... the 2nd time. I grabbed all of the arial fonts from a second SP2 machine just for the heck of it and that fixed it. I don't know why it didn't work the first time.

I did a quick check on the list of fixes in SP3 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/946480) and found this:

892598 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/892598/) The middle dot character is not centered correctly if you use the Arial Black font or the Impact font on a Windows XP-based computer or on a Windows 2000-based computer with Service Pack 4

I guess that means they've changed the Arial Black font and AutoCAD doesn't like it, so it substitutes the italic version.
