Non Plotting Text/Tags

Does anyone know how create text that won't plot. I want to put some notes in the plans for people working on the model, but I don't want them to plot.

Another Idea that I had was I could put something in the "comments" parameter for the object then schedule it or even tag it. Here again though I would like to tag that item but not have those tags plot, and Ideas?

I think the best you can do is duplicate your views, name them consequently and write you notes there. Then just don't print these views.
