Doors with Nested Families to Structural

I developed a dock door with nested familes made from generic family templates for the enclosure, bumpers, lights, etc in a single door family. All is fine in Architecture, however when the file is linked in Structural and copied to a structural wall the dock opening extend to the limits of all the nested families.
Can this be corrected without destroying the family and inserting just doors?

When Revit Structure looksat linked families from revit Architecture in makes the openings square to the limits of any nested family or model line in the family. This, to me, is a bug for Structural.
