Room extents issue

I am having trouble with a room and color fill. As you can see in the attached image, the color fill is more than a little broken. I have checked the usual suspects of the bits of walls around columns not closing the gap, etc. So far I can't find anything. I am hoping someone has seen this and can recommend some other things to looks for.
