Is there a way to associate a label with the RVT file name in a title block family?
i am aware of the File Path Parameter, but i am interested in displaying the file name only.
Is this doable?

Not without custom API programing. Currently Revit does not provide a way to get just the file name, or substring the path to get the file name.
