scaling raster image

I am new at inserting raster images and having trouble with the scale. I need to stretch a jpeg image horizontally but not vertically. When I try to scale the image scales uniformly.

It won't "stretch", but you can use rubbersheet to stretch it.

Try making a block that conains the image, then setting the block at different X and Y scales.

Thank you for your help. For anyone else that may need help_ I ended up using Microsoft Paint to stretch the image.
