Project Navigator Working Too Slow!!!

I installed Architecture 2009 and now when I try to right click to create a new drawing or do anything else in my existing project, my Project Navigator takes forever to respond.

Do I have to do a reinstall to correct this problem? Help!

What OS are you running? I have 2009 installed on Vista 64, and sometimes it lags on PN, one Windows Explorer, when I plot, etc, etc. Most times it's super fast, but I get moments of slowness.

If it's happening every single time, it may be looking for a file that doesn't exist. Check all your paths and make sure they aren't pointing to a 2008 directory. I'd start with checking your template paths in the project properties.

You might have a point there. I am working on a network and another worker on the project is still working on a 2008 machine. I'll get him to upgrade to 2009 and see if that solves the problem.

Thanks Dzatto. You were right. It was looking for a file under a 2006 folder and I forgot that I had recently changed computers.
