Blend problems

I've attached a rvt file showing some underground pipes which I need to encase in concrete. I've tried placing some concrete at certain connection points and tried to blend the concrete to them, but haven't been successful. I'm sure there must be a way to do this. What am I doing wrong?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'blend the concrete to them' but if you are wanting to have the concrete all around the pipes and change direction at each connection point then the easiest method would be to use a sweep.
Create your sweep path by placing a reference line (line, not plane) and then either sketching a profile or creating a profile family to sweep along that path.

Thanks Dimitri for the help. I got the blend to almost work by using masses, but I like your idea for a sweep better, I'll try that. Thank
