Is there any way to make a door not show up in the schedule? Sometimes I do not want every door in my project to appear in the schedule, for instance if a door is existing it would not be necessary for it to be in the schedule. Please help if you know.
Thanks!

Set the Phase Filter in your Schedule View Properties to New, and then any doors that have their phase property set as Existing will be excluded from the schedule.

Or use any other of the filters built into schedules... by type mark, or mark etc if you have doors you don't want on the schedule prefixed with a different letter for example... or if you don't do that you can add a new parameter to doors, schedule it and the filter by that parameter (and hide the column in the schedule).

is there a way to separate the schedule into two separate interior and exterior door schedules?

You can do that by either type being set to interior / exterior and filtering like that or you can do a comment filter and filter them out like that into two seperate schedules.

This can be solved applying a new project parameter so that you can filter out the specific door you want to include or leave out. We do this for certain buildings and or types of doors based on their parameters.
