I'd like to recreate this AutoCAD (I know i know...) schedule in Revit. It doesn't have to be smart. Up too now I've been doing this with linework as a detail. Is there a better way? Can I do the oval symbol in the left in a Schedule (I don't think I can)?

I don't know of any way to embed the oval mark, but other than that, it looks like a fairly typical schedule. If you absolutely have to show the oval mark in the schedule, you can add it with detail lines on your sheet and then array it. I frown on that kind of thing, but it might still be better than constructing the whole thing with detail lines.

No you can't. Detail lines have to be in a view and cannot be placed on a sheet.

I don't believe this can be done.

Detail lines can be added to a sheet.

You can make a "block w/ Attributes" either as a fixed size table or a header and data rows. You start with a Generic Annotation Symbol, draws the lines and add labels/parameters for each value you want to enter. When you put this in the project is will be a symbol family that will let you enter the values when you select it, assuming the parameters are instance based. As pictured in the example image.
