AutoCAD 2009 - Modify LTScale of single line

How do I modify the LTSCALE of one line in 2009? I used to have an attributes button on my dashboard that I could modify this easily. Is that still available in 2009?

Select the line(s) (without any command active) and open the Properties Palette? Don't use 2009 that often - we're still mostly on 2008, so I'm not sure if this is in the new ribbon interface. But the PP should still be available (Ctrl+1).

Yep, select the line and use the properties palette in 2009. It's the 4TH item down under the "General" section at the top.
