Design Options Visibility

This is my first attempt at using design options and something isn't making sense to me.

Let’s say I have a view in which I do not want to see any of my design options – kind of a “start here” type of view prior to showing the Design Options.

Since under the Visibility Graphics dialog I need to choose a Design Option and there is not a choice of “None” under the Design Options tab of Visibility/Graphics, do I need to create an empty Design Option (and choose it as the Design Option under the Design Options tab of Visibility/Graphics) so that I can turn off any valid design options in this view? Or am I just not seeing an available option?

I'm not sure why you want do that but yes, you will have to create an empty design option and make sure all the elements are part of your other design options but the empty one.

It is just a "starting point" prior to the options being shown. Just a progression of views.
