Corrupt File

I just tried to open a file that has been uploaded from our Engineer to our FTP site and I get a warning the file is corrupt and that it has to be manually recovered. How would I do this?

I don't think there's too much you can do other than sending the file to Autodesk support. Meanwhile, you can ask your engineer to try replicate the problem from their end and if it also occurs, trying to either open the file from the last backup or dragging the journal file over the Revit icon to see if it opens.

Problem solved. The file wasn't corrupt. Our engineer shut his computer off for the weekend before the file was completely uploaded. I just had him re-upload the file and it opens fine.
