No Level?

When I export a model from Revit Structure 2008 to Navisworks Manage, I get a bunch of elements that are not assigned to a level. They are all assigned to levels in RST but for some reason, they don't get assigned in Manage. Anybody have any ideas as to why this is happening?

What type of objects are they?

They are beams, joists, foundations, ducts, and pipes. I worked on this all day yesterday in all 3 Revits and nothing is working. Any thoughts?
