Door Schedule: Adding a Header cell

How do I group headers in a door schedule? (Ex. I want to have "Finish", "Type", & "Material" all fall under the header: "DOOR")

Click on the first cell you want to group, and then 'drag' the mouse across the other two.
Look at the option bar, a button should say 'Group'.
Click that, and a header should appear.
