I'm looking for advice on upgrading central files to the latest version.
For example, a 250mb central file from R/2008
detach, audit, purge, save in 08, then
detach, audit, purge, save in 09
?? any other suggestions

haha, my Revit Karma is tapped.
The first 2009 install I was able to squeek by a 240mb transfer, just peaking out around 2.7gb of mem. usage, nearing my usual limit. (of course i forget to unlink files)
This next 2009 build, i try same file, unmodified since... no go. It locks up. But I'm not on same HW... so whatev.
Going into 2008, purging, unlinking, and saveAs got me to 180mb... Now it works. (but i have bigger!)
Thanks for the input.

Create a support request in your Subscription Center and send it to Autodesk. That is how we did it. Send if in on Fri night and get it Monday afternoon.
