Why can't I see a preview of door families?

When I click on a door and go to the type properties, and click on the Preview button, it doesn't show me anything, in any view. Why is this happening? I thought that the Preview pane used to work for doors.

Yes. This option also works for doors and should show several views (plan, elevation, 3D)... Probably is has something to do with your door family?

Well I don't know what the deal was, because the previews seem to be working now.
