balisters offset from runs not slope angle

have deck fence with 2x2 "pickets" but going down the steps they offset from the steps not from the bottom railing so they stick thru

didn't see a setting for how the ends should be offset

whilst in edit mode there should be some options available to you on the command bar
ie - by host - slpe etc when you click on one of the sketch lines
