I need to change the bottom face of a floor element so that it slopes over a stair while the top of the floor stays flat. The end product would essentially be a triangle in section, extruded for a specified length. Having just found the modify sub-elements tools, it seems I can only change the floor's top surface. The floor layers are plywood on top with uniform thickness, wood framing in middle with variable thickness, and gyp bd on bottom with uniform thickness. Is there something I am missing?
