object won't unhide in certain views

have a 3d shower head that shows in just one view

when "light bulb" reveals the object in other views
the unhide options are not there

in family editor all views are ck visable.

other people yesterday were also working on this at the same time
could this be a worksht problem

can you hide/unhide it in the original view?

is the visibility controlled by something else? like a parenting object?
I have folks who will try to unhide a dimension when it is the object itself that is hidden and needs unhiding, not the dimension...
