Just attended a two day Archicad course in our office. I'm a dedicated REVIT user.
Sadlly to say, our management bought 3 license of Archicad. But after the course. The management still allowed me to model in Revit for rendering in Max. This was due to the fact Archicad cannot do a quick and proper facia with a different Z value, splitting a wall face for assigning different finishes, and the Site tool is more powerfull then Archicad mesh.
But what caught my attention is the "Truss Maker" in Archicad.
I know there is Revit Structure in creating truss. My question is...
If I import a RA2009 file in RS2009 and create the truss there.. Can the file save in RS2009 can be open in RA2009 and still keep the truss created in RS2009?
Anybody tried this before?
