Ramp Visibility

I have some ramps in my model on the second level. There are multiple buildings, each with ramps, linked into a common site plan. Whenever I use plan regions to show the first level on the site plan you can see the second floor ramp. Is there some aspect to ramp visibility that I am unaware of?

I don't know exactly what you mean since I'm not using RAC 2009... I know just one thing: ramps are full of bugs!
