I have to support all Autodesk Product in the Company. I have to do a single seat of Raster Design 2009. The Cd was just given to and I was told to install it. I never use or seen it or use it. So, my question is do I need to install just plan AutoCAD first or is ever thing I need on the AutoCAD Raster Design 2009 disk?

Thanks for any help I can get.

Welcome to the forums, & Raster Design.

You have to load the ACAD first. RD is an add on. Also, if you ever uninstall it, make sure RD comes off first.

We'll move it back from the TV, just enough so that we don't hurt our eyes.

Ok so its been a while since ive used raster desing, probably on 2008 but anyways. I just got my work to purchase a copy of raster design 2009, great right. Well I installed it and everything looks good activated it and whatnot. So i go into to "raster design" autocad 2009 and right click to pull up the raster design toolbars and there arent any loaded. What am i doing wrong? Is there a command i have to type into load it or do i have to add it to apps that startup. Im lost help please. lol

Sounds like the CUI for Raster Design did not get loaded, either from an incomplete install or the users profile locations. You can try loading the CUi by going into the CUI editor and load the correct file located at:
c:\program files\autocad raster design 2009\userdatacache\support\aecco.cui
