how do you get the sheet number and name not appear on a viewport when you put that viewport on a sheet..
I have a wall section that has no sheet number or detail number, I only want the viewport to show up.

Not a tip either...mmmmmoving...to general....

While in the sheet view, go to View/Visibility - Annotations Tab, and turn off "view titles"

Andrew's method will turn off all of the titles on that sheet. If you only want a single specific view not to have a title you need to create a viewport type without a title. Go the viewport Properties > Edit/New > Duplicate. After creating the new viewport type you need to edit it to change "Show Title" to no. Assign the new viewport to the view that you don't want to have a title.
