I deleted a level annotation and the corresponding plan view. It turns out I really needed it. I am too far to go back and undo it, but when I add a new level and corresponding plan view then try to rename it to match what was there before, Revit tells me that it can't because there is already a level with that name. Is there a way to "purge" that old level out or possibly create a new level annotation and associate it to the old level?

I’ve got this one. Most likely the level still exists. Look under ‘ceiling plans’ in the browser to verify.

Or...

On the “View” menu choose <New> and then <Floor Plan>. The dialog shows all the existing levels and their names.

I'll give that a shot, Thanks!
