Rooms with same names lump together

In my schedule rooms with the same names combine into one item. I have given each room different numbers but some of the names are the same such as bedroom and lav. Is there a setting that controls wether duplicate room names are allowed?

Are they in separate rooms or do they overlap with no room separation lines?

I found the answer. Under sorting, for the schedule, the box "itemize each instance" was unchecked.
