Has Anyone seen this error? What is it?

My co-worker opened a file in Revit 2009 and this appeared, we selected "ok" and it seemed to let us in the file anyway.

I had him close the file & install the latest Windows Automatic updates. Then he restarted and reopened the file and the warning message did not replicate.
