Rendering Buckets?

I have a quad core machine why am I only getting one rendering bucket, in 3d Max this means that you are only using on processor. If this is the case I have three more processors just hanging around doing nothing. These two products have the same rendering engine is there a setting that I am missing.

It's using all cores, but the "buckets" in Revit don't display as they do in Max.
