I want to make some video tutorials of revit for my firm and I was wondering what software is available to video capture my screen and mic. Any suggestions?

I've not created tutorials yet with mine but I use a free one called wink that would work well I think for tutorials. I use it to send what I'm seeing to software tech support guys, becuase it seems they can never replicate what I see.

Do you have a link to where I can find wink?
I also thought that there was someone on here that seemed to use a web application to capture the video tutorial and host is on their site. Have you heard of this?

a google search of "wink" turned up this link 2nd from the top http://www.debugmode.com/wink/ with a download link at http://www.debugmode.com/wink/download.php
I should note that it is free so it does have limits of sorts... but I find it suits my needs for the cost.
