I am trying to make a new annotation symbol based on one we used with AutoCAD... yes, I know, let's spare that conversation again...
We call it a finish bug, if anyone knows what that is. I have made the actual symbols, and now I am trying to get labels in. I can't figure out how to make new parameters (mark, description, codes...) I try but I end up in a seemingly endless loop of Revit jargon. I also need to figure out how to link this new annotation symbol to a schedule down the road. I will attach what I have so far. I am also going to make a similar ceiling bug....

It is my understanding, that for a parameter to show up in a tag, it has to be a Shared Parameter, out of the Shared Parameters file, especially if it is to schedule. The object also has to be a tag placed on some object, not a Generic annotation to schedule as well
