does anyone use the IES Revit plugin?

if so how do find it, and any tips as im stuck on some bits.

I played with VE Ware the free plug-in if that is what you mean. Otherwise there are some useful threads in the Revit MEP section of the forums dealing with using full IES VE. There is also a document from Autodesk about the exporting / transfer process.

I just saw a short demo on this last night.
You can download the plug-in at:
www.iesve.com/ve-ware/
You define where your building is located, your building type, construction materials, heating/cooling system type and it does a quick simulation of energy consumption and provides a rough benchmark to the AIA 2030 challenge (http://www.architecture2030.org/).
There are not a lot of options, but hey, it is free.
If you want more options and ability to document LEED daylighting, etc, they want you to purchase the VE Toolkit package.
