Sheet Set Manager can be opened with Ctrl+4, or the type in command SSM. Depending on what workspace you are using, it's also on the Tools pulldown menu and/or on the standard toolbar.
Google Earth extension is available here:

The tools menu is on the Map Classic workspace. There's an icon bottom right that looks like a gear, click it and select Map Classic.

Thank You for the information that you have just provided. Where is the Map Classic Workspace located? What is the name of the toolbar that the gear Icon is located on?

The Workspaces are part of the CUI.
The Icon is located on the Status Bar.

rkmcswain posted the link to the Google Earth extension have you looked at it yet? It will create an image in Map3D and act just like any other image.

I did download the Google Earth from that extension but it did not create any image for me in 3D maps. I t also did not tell me how to downlaod the toolbar for me to use for 3Dmaps.

Did you follow the instructions on the web page? (on the left side) You have to unzip the download and then run the setup.exe for the version of AutoCAD you have.
