2000i - some toolbar buttons do not work

I recently had to reload 2000i. I customized my toolbars, but now I cannot get some of the buttons to work. And the pulldown design content does not work.

I have fiddled with menuload w/o success.

Is this Autocad 2000i youre referring to or Architectural desktop 3?
