Does anyone know if you can bend a section mark at an angle?

Not automatically. But you can draw two reference planes exactly how you want the section mark to bend and then add two straight section marks (the reference planes are just to help you creating the section lines using it to snap). Once the section marks are created, you can turn off head and tail using the circular arrows. To show the complete section result, you will have to add both sections to a sheet, side by side and work with the crop region to make them look like one.
