I finally figured out how to create an angled column (sort of...it's really an angled beam). But now I can't figure out how to get the column line to be at the same angle in my sections. Does anyone know how to do this?

Revit Grids are "plumb" only. So you won't be able to get one to tilt if I understand you correctly. You define the location of the column by its lowest grid intersection and the top is defined by an offset relative to this grid location. You can create your own "dummy" annotation for such a depiction but it won't be automatically coordinated if the real grid changes.
