Project Navigator Repath

We are using Project Navigator with ADT 2006. We are looking to move all of our projects to a new server but are having problems with the paths for PN. Whenever we path to the new server it repaths itself to the old server. I am fairly new to PN and had this put on my table a week or so ago. Any suggestions?

What steps are you taking? You should be able to move the file in windows explorer. Then, in ACA, go to that project and open it. It should ask you to repath it, say yes and it should path it's new location. Is that how you are doing it?

See if the project properties will allow you to switch to relative paths. Then it won't matter which drive they are on.

Also, Project Browser will allow you to move a project and associated files to a new location provide the project is not current.

Thanks for your help guys. Unfortunately this is the first I have used PN and the task has just been passed on to me so I'm learning it as I go. The PN project is the only project we left on the. We have a problem where ADT 2006 is re-pathing everything back to the old server and are looking to remove it. But I can't do that until we relocated the PN project's paths. I'm hesitant to remove any of the PN project files off of the old server until we have it 100% working. Where do you change the settings for the projects in PN?

If none of this makes sense let me know, I'm still learning this systems here.
