Help with Help

Does anybody know how to switch between the VBA help window to the normal help window.

When I go to the index tab to search on a command I need help with, all I get is the VBA References.

When you are in the VBA IDE, you are actually in another program, not acad. To get acad help files, you need to F1 from inside acad.
