Hey all,
So we are a Bentley Microstaton v8 firm. Often times we need to convert .dgn files to .dwf for various reasons. We use Autodesk DWF Writer for 2D as a printer and convert all of the .dgn files through that. We run into a problem with any file over about 700kb; when we try to open the created .dwf in Autodesk Design Review, it can take up to 4-5 minutes per file just to load up. Once it loads we have no problem moving around and viewing the drawing, but has anyone else run into this situation and know of any workarounds or solutions to get a quicker load? I'm sure it has to do with the conflicting .dgn/.dwg formats but I havn't been able to figure out a way. Thanks!
