Phase existing to look like new

I'm working on a storefront with one portion existing and the other new. I need to show both to look like new and the glass panels to look the same in 3d and elevation views. I modfiied the visibility in the plan so it's not grayed out and to almost match the new storefront but find it difficult to do it in 3d and elevation view. If I assigned a new phase to the existing storefront, of course it wont show in the demo plan.
Have any idea on how to fix it?

I've used the phase option "show complete" I think it's otb for Revit residential template
